When you come to sell a piece of art, it is necessary to undertake an evaluation of the piece to ensure its current value is known.

At EF&Partners Art Consulting we will draw up a Valuation Proposal specific to each client’s requests and needs. Alongside this, we will draw up an agreement of confidentiality relating to all business for the piece.

The Mediation Contract, working in liaison with our legal department, can be signed and confirmed on-line if required.

ANIMATION

Through various meetings EF&Partners Art Consulting will put together a proposal of sale, incorporating all the client’s specific instructions, to obtain the best market valuation and price at sale. The sales process can be extremely delicate.

The most crucial point being the negotiation with a prospective buyer. To reach this point the choice of market, timing and media channels for the sale will be critical.
